View activity details

The calendar is the home screen. When you want to check one activity’s recent Records, open its details from the activity list or a timeblock’s activity menu.

What you’ll see

Activity details show the last 30 calendar days in your timezone:

• Total time recorded for the activity
• The median length of one Record
• A list of its Records, newest first

The list can show up to 200 Records. If there are more, it tells you how many older Records are not shown. Plans are not included in these totals.

Open a Record in the calendar

Choose a Record in the list to open its day in the calendar with that Record selected. You can then inspect or edit it there.

Activity details close when you open the timeblock inspector, and the inspector closes when you open activity details. On a phone, the details appear in a sheet.
