What is timeboxing?

Timeboxing is a time management method where you divide your day into fixed blocks of time, each dedicated to a specific task. Instead of working from a to-do list and hoping you finish everything, you plan when and how long you'll work on each task. Dayopt makes this process simple and adds reflection to help you improve over time.

Is Dayopt free?

Yes. The Free plan gives you up to 3 projects, 1GB of storage, basic analytics, and API access — no credit card required. You can use Dayopt for free as long as you want.

Does Dayopt sync with Google Calendar?

Yes. Dayopt integrates with Google Calendar so your timeboxes appear alongside your existing events. Changes sync both ways.

Is my data private?

Yes. Dayopt does not sell your data, does not show ads, and does not use your data for training AI models. Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. You can delete your account and all data at any time — it's permanently removed within 30 days.

How much is the Pro plan?

$5/month (about 15¢/day). Includes unlimited projects, 100GB storage, AI-powered weekly insights, advanced analytics, and priority support.

Who builds Dayopt?

Dayopt is built by an indie developer. No VC funding, no data selling, no ad-driven business model. Just a product you pay for (or use free) that respects your time and your data.
