How Dayopt uses cookies and similar technologies

Last Updated: 2026-03-23

Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how Dayopt ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use our Service. It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, and your rights to control our use of them. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, provide a better user experience, and supply information to site owners. Cookies can be "persistent" (remain on your device until they expire or are deleted) or "session" (deleted when you close your browser).

Cookie Categories

Essential Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the Service to function. They enable core features such as authentication, session management, and security protection. The Service cannot operate properly without these cookies.

Authentication tokens, CSRF protection, session management

Analytics Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Service by collecting and reporting usage information. All analytics data is aggregated and anonymized.

Page views, feature usage patterns, performance metrics

Preference Cookies

These cookies remember your settings and preferences to provide a personalized experience. They are set when you change a setting and persist across sessions.

Language preference, theme selection (light/dark mode), display settings

Marketing Cookies

These cookies are used to deliver relevant advertisements and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Dayopt does not currently use marketing cookies. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent.

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are placed by third-party services that appear on our pages. We do not control these cookies. The third parties that set cookies through our Service include:

  • Vercel — Hosting and performance analytics (Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights). Used to measure page load times, track page views, and optimize delivery. Data is aggregated and anonymized.
  • Sentry — Error monitoring and diagnostics. Used to detect and diagnose application errors to improve reliability.
  • Google reCAPTCHA — Bot protection on forms (contact, signup). Google may collect hardware and software information, such as device and application data, and send it to Google for analysis. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Please refer to each provider's privacy policy for more information about how they use cookies.

How to Manage Cookies

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Please note that removing or blocking certain cookies may impact your experience and the functionality of the Service.

  • Google Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies and site permissions

Impact of Disabling Cookies

If you disable essential cookies, you will not be able to log in or use core features of the Service. Disabling preference cookies means your settings (such as language and theme) will not be remembered between sessions. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your use of the Service.

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that sends a signal to websites requesting that your browsing activity not be tracked. There is currently no universally accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals. We do not currently respond to DNT signals, but we limit our use of tracking technologies to essential and analytics purposes as described in this policy. We do not engage in cross-site tracking or sell your data to third parties.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our business practices. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
