Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the billing period.

Refund Policy

  • We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
  • In exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or billing errors, we may issue refunds at our discretion.
  • To request a refund for exceptional circumstances, please contact us at support@dayopt.app within 30 days of the charge.

Free Trial

If you cancel during your free trial period, you will not be charged. No credit card is required to start a free trial.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your Dayopt account
  2. Go to Settings > Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
