Q.What can I do on the Free plan?
Up to 3 projects, 1GB storage, basic analytics, community support, and API access. No credit card required. Enough to fully experience the value of timeboxing.
Q.How much is the Pro plan?
$5/month (about 15¢/day). Includes unlimited projects, 100GB storage, AI-powered weekly insights, advanced analytics, and priority support.
Q.Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is your trial — with no expiration. You won't suddenly lose access when a trial period ends. Upgrade to Pro when you're ready.
Q.Is $5/month worth it?
About 15¢ a day — less than half a cup of coffee. If you save even 30 minutes of wasted time per day, that's 15+ hours per month. We think that value far exceeds $5.
Q.Is there an annual plan?
Currently we offer monthly billing only. We value the simplicity of cancel-anytime pricing. An annual plan may be considered in the future.
Q.Is there a student discount?
We don't currently offer special discount plans, but the Free plan provides plenty of value for getting started with timeboxing. Building time management skills early is especially valuable for students.
Q.What's the refund policy?
If you're not satisfied, we'll process a refund. See our refund policy page for details. You can start without worrying about being stuck with something that doesn't fit.
Q.What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processing that protects your personal information.
Q.Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click, anytime. After cancellation, you keep Pro features for the remainder of your billing period. No guilt screens, no confusing steps.
Q.If I upgrade from Free to Pro, is my data preserved?
Yes. All your data carries over seamlessly. Your Accuracy Score history, Energy Mapping data — everything is available on Pro.
Q.What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Projects beyond the 3-project limit become read-only but aren't deleted. Upgrade again and everything is accessible.
Q.Are there team pricing plans?
Currently we offer individual Free and Pro plans only. Team pricing is being considered for the future, but we're focused on perfecting the individual experience first.
Q.Are there plans to raise prices?
No price increases are currently planned. Being an indie product with low overhead is exactly what allows us to maintain $5/month. If anything changes, we'll give advance notice.
Q.Isn't $5/month too cheap? Is the service sustainable?
Indie development without VC funding means low operating costs. Without a large team's salaries or investor returns to worry about, we can maintain a fair price that's sustainable for both us and you.
Q.Can I get a receipt for expense reimbursement?
Yes. Receipts are issued after payment and can be used for expense reporting.
